Our partners

Four people are planting a young tree in a garden surrounded by tall grasses and leafy plants. They are smiling and appear to be enjoying the activity. A small chalkboard sign next to the tree indicates it is a quince, with additional handwritten notes below. A bag of pet food is visible in the foreground.

Making our projects possible

We work with - and are supported by - local organisations and community groups across Marston and Oxford to make our projects possible — from growing food and running events to planting and caring for trees in shared public spaces. These partnerships help us reach more people, look after places together, and make sure our volunteering is practical, safe and rooted in the local community. Below are some of the groups we collaborate with.

CAG Oxfordshire

CAG Oxfordshire is a network of over 100 community action groups working across Oxfordshire to make it a safer, fairer, greener, more sustainable place to live, work and visit.

Our member groups work in their local communities organising events and projects to take action on issues including waste, transport, food, energy, biodiversity and social justice.

Groups working on similar themes come together as part of our collaborate groups, working with other associated, like-minded groups and organisations to find ways to share skills and experience and to work together on common goals. Our current collaborate groups work on waste, plastics, energy, trees and rewilding, schools and food surplus. Find out more here

In 2026, the National Garden Scheme awarded nearly £300,000 to 118 community garden projects across England, Wales and Northern Ireland, supported by the Julia Rausing Trust. Find out more here.
